07 Jun 2022

On Wednesday, May 11, Ferrer will launch the Ferrer 4 FUTURE – 2022 challenge at the Ibero-American Entrepreneurship Summit. This is the fourth edition of the Ferrer4FUTURE open innovation program in digital health to collaborate with technology start-ups.

This year, Ferrer’s challenge is aimed at improving the clinical research on cyclic vomiting syndrome (CVS). Start-ups with a digital solution that allows the characterization of vomiting episodes and their automatic recording can apply at https://ferrer4future.com. Applications are open from May 11 to June 19.

Ferrer will be present at the HIMMS (Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society) on June 13-14 in Helsinki. Please, take these opportunities to reach out and learn more about the Ferrer4FUTURE program and this year’s CVS challenge.

About the Ferrer 4 Future program

The F4F program is tailor-made, depending on the nature of each project and the degree of maturity of the solution proposed by the start-up. The duration can vary between 3 and 18 months. Access is guaranteed to Ferrer’s mentors and experts, as well as to internal resources, in order to speed up the creation of the solution. The process begins with a careful selection of the proposed solutions to the challenges. The start-ups defend their solutions in front of a committee of experts from Ferrer, who selects the winners. The winners then participate in the Ferrer4Future program, which includes the possibility of piloting the solution in a real use case and the possibility of exploring commercial alliances and collaborations with Ferrer.
