WHAT WE DO
We create a strategic growth plan that helps you:
1. Align the business. A clear, one-page strategic roadmap (OGSM) that connects vision, execution, and teams. It brings structure and focus across functions and levels, and you actually use it.
2. Prepare for scaling. Keep oversight as you grow from 10 to 50 or 100+, so new hires understand where you're going and how they contribute.
3. Anchor your identity. We help you define a strong brand that grows with you, shaping culture inside and positioning you clearly to the outside world.
HOW WE WORK
We offer a core set of high-impact services for scale-ups, alongside accessible entry-level packages for earlier stages. Fixed, transparent and very affordable pricing. No surprises. You pick what you need, when you need it. We build on what you already have.
Packages start at €80, for our “I only need some help with …” package, which helps you unlock a challenge and move forward. This includes a free call to make sure it’s the right package for you, an intake call, prep + a 60-minute session to discuss our solutions and get you going again.
WHO WE ARE
Two Dutch nationals: pragmatic, direct, and collaborative.
We bring a unique combination: 25+ years of consulting experience meets 25+ years of corporate leadership. That means we know how to scale, and how to keep the original spirit alive while doing it.
After years in the corporate world, we chose agility over comfort, and now use our experience to help others grow with clarity and focus.
We work globally in English, German, and Dutch, in person and online.
