In 2024, more than 45% of laws passed at the national level originated in the EU. In addition, 84 directly applicable regulations and 20 royal decrees were adopted to transpose European regulations. If we add to this fact the impact of EU funding, the main driver of public investment after the pandemic, the growing role of Brussels makes the EU a key player in the development of business activity.

With the aim of analyzing how the EU activity impacts on the day to day business, from LLYC we would like to invite you to our next meeting.

Program

  • Welcome
Àngels Chacón, Senior Director of Corporate Strategy for Europe at LLYC.
  • Dialogue on the European strategic context
Between Esther Borràs, delegate of the Government to the EU, and Pablo García-Berdoy, leader of Public Affairs Europe at LLYC and former Permanent Representative of Spain to the EU.
  • Business round table: experiences and lessons learned
With the intervention of several companies, including Sateliot and Moeve, in a session moderated by Pablo Rupérez, director of European Affairs at LLYC and former advisor at the Permanent Representation of Spain to the EU (REPER) in Brussels.
