Are you ready to explore new dimensions in your professional career? Do you want to take a step towards a professional future full of challenges and successes? We look forward to seeing you at this Tech Talk, where we will discover the infinite possibilities for development that the space sector offers you. Claudia Mateo will take us on a journey through her exciting career: from her beginnings as an engineer in the prestigious Galileo programme, through her valuable experience in satellite operations at ESA and EUMETSAT, to her leap into the business world. Claudia currently leads the space sector strategy at i2CAT, working closely with private companies, administrations and research entities to advance the new paradigm of global connectivity. If the world of space has always fascinated you, but you’ve ever thought ‘this isn’t for me’, this talk is for you! You will discover the professional development opportunities that await you and how you can play an active role in this revolution. Because in space… the only limit is the one you set yourself!

This event is part of TechBcn4Women Days, an initiative to promote the presence and visibility of women in the technology and digital sector in Catalonia.

From 2 to 25 September, Tech Barcelona and i2CAT have prepared a series of events to inspire change, reduce the gender gap in the sector and promote equal opportunities. We will do so with the support of the Generalitat de Catalunya, funding from the NextGenerationEU programme and the collaboration of the entire ecosystem.

Register for the session and check out the rest of the events on the TechBcn4Women website.

The event will be held in Catalan.
