Specific objectives | Agenda
Mental health has become one of the major challenges facing the startup ecosystem. The demands of leadership, constant uncertainty and pressure to deliver results can lead to mental fatigue, affecting both personal well-being and the development of business ventures.
In this context, ANCLA, a non-profit association created by and for entrepreneurs, is committed to “SUSTAINABLE HIGH PERFORMANCE.” ANCLA combines research, training and a community of entrepreneurs who share experiences and tools to address the emotional challenges associated with entrepreneurship.
The association equips entrepreneurs with the skills they need to maintain high levels of performance over time, helping them manage pressure, uncertainty and demanding workloads without compromising their personal balance. It currently has a community of more than 400 entrepreneurs who share experiences, insights and tools to navigate the personal and professional challenges of building and growing a business.
During this session, the ANCLA team will share data and insights on entrepreneurs’ emotional well-being, present findings from recent studies on mental fatigue, and address some of the most common challenges faced throughout the entrepreneurial journey. Strategies for balancing high professional performance with sustainable personal well-being will also be discussed.
The session will also feature first-hand experiences from entrepreneurs within the ecosystem and conclude with a networking opportunity for attendees.
