Es un placer invitaros a presenciar los proyectos científicos que están actualmente en la etapa de validación de la oportunidad en la 8ª edición del programa The Collider, el programa de Transferencia de Tecnología de la Mobile World Capital Foundation.

El Demo Day, que se llevará a cabo durante los días 7, 8 y 9 de Mayo, representa una excelente oportunidad para conocer de cerca la innovación que está surgiendo en el ámbito científico y tecnológico en nuestro país. A través de este evento, los proyectos podrán presentar su tecnología y obtener valiosas perspectivas y recomendaciones de mercado que puedan aplicar a sus proyectos.

A continuación, os proporcionamos las fechas y horas de las sesiones, divididas por sector y una breve descripción de los proyectos científicos que presentarán en cada panel:

• Proyectos de Indústria – 7 de Mayo de 10:00h a 12:30h
  • Galtea (BSC): A platform for effectively deploying, monitoring, and evaluating generative AI models, providing a systematic approach to assess compliance with the latest EU regulations.
  • TAGGER (US): Specialized tool for annotation, classification, and labeling of texts in Spanish.
  • NICAH (ICIQ): Easy synthesis of multi-metallic transition metal nitrides by reaction of the metal salts with gaseous ammonia.
  • INNOVAGLASS (ICMM-CSIC): An affordable, nanostructured innovation redefining windows with reversible opacity control, using cost-effectiveness and eco-friendly materials intended primarily for applications involving smart buildings, energy, automobiles, and other related fields.
  • PETGEM (BSC-UPC): Software-based solution for detecting and characterizing energy reservoirs based upon electromagnetic methods and HPC.
  • MCSD (UPV/EHU-UC): Method and apparatus for measuring the capacity of adsorbent materials to absorb substances dissolved in a liquid medium.
• Proyectos Cleantech – 8 de Mayo de 10:00h a 12:15h
  • Convergy (UdL): High concentration solar thermo-photovoltaic receiver for green hydrogen production.
  • BIOSERES (ICIQ-UPC): Circular bio-based material obtained using CO2 from the food waste industry.
  • RCE (UdL): A renewable technology to produce cold and hot water using radiative cooling and solar heating.
  • OCEAN (CITCEA-UPC): An efficient technology to reduce electricity bills and cut emissions for homes and energy communities.
  • OMNIWAVE (UAB): Advanced system for efficient long-distance wireless power transfer at high power levels.
  • EnergyHius (USC): Ultra-low power management unit for energy harvesting devices.
• Proyectos Health – 9 de Mayo de 10:00h a 12:00h
  • OneCareAI (BSC): AI-based stroke risk assessment integrating data from digital devices and molecular technologies.
  • Hermes (IRTA): The technology uses preexisting LLM models and a database of scientific literature to help the research community narrow down the search of scientific papers.
  • U_MoDL (BSC): Provides the models that every health company, hospital, and patient needs, trained on its internal and private sources of information.
  • EMAI (IISPV and URV): A non-invasive epidemic outbreak screening system with high sensitivity based on AI.
  • MyUVEC (UNAV): An innovative cost-effective medical device capable of improving ocular disease monitoring, mainly myopia, using Conjunctival Ultraviolet Autofluorescence (CUVAF), a non-invasive, quantifiable, and objective biomarker to assess the time of UV exposure.
