If early two-thirds of early stage failures stem from people problems, is because too often we forget their strategic value and their matching with culture. \u00bfDo we think about the people we would need in order to grow in the same measure that we think in the product, sales, clients or investors? \u00bfDo we ignore that a strong team transmits credibility and coherence to investors? But we cheat and hire people regardless of their strategic value in the medium\/long term, which leads us to a loss of time and money replacing resources that were not the appropriate ones or because they leave us demotivated not matching or understanding the company culture.<\/p>\n<p>In this session, we will count on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/ginavidal\/\">Gina Vidal<\/a>, a true passionate about the value of the people as the main asset of companies regardless its size.
