{"id":60941,"date":"2023-03-20T16:37:57","date_gmt":"2023-03-20T15:37:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.techbarcelona.com\/posting\/el-rgpd-facil-en-tu-plataforma-elearning\/"},"modified":"2023-03-20T16:37:57","modified_gmt":"2023-03-20T15:37:57","slug":"el-rgpd-facil-en-tu-plataforma-elearning","status":"publish","type":"posting","link":"https:\/\/www.techbarcelona.com\/en\/posting\/el-rgpd-facil-en-tu-plataforma-elearning\/","title":{"rendered":"El RGPD f\u00e1cil en tu plataforma elearning"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>Por Daniel Ribes, Senior PHP Developer, en Actua Solutions<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El RGPD es el reglamento europeo para regular la protecci\u00f3n, tratamiento y circulaci\u00f3n de datos personales que tiene que cumplir cualquier empresa de la Uni\u00f3n Europea o que tenga actividades comerciales en un pa\u00eds de la UE.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seguro que en tu empresa ya se han adoptado las medidas y procedimientos para gestionarlo, pero\u00a0el RGPD afecta especialmente a las plataformas de elearning por la cantidad y tipos de datos que \u00e9stas recopilan de los usuarios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por este motivo es importante tener claro c\u00f3mo lo gestiona nuestra plataforma de elearning, as\u00ed\u00a0evitaremos que los procedimientos que exige esta legislaci\u00f3n no se conviertan en un dolor de cabeza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es f\u00e1cil que en una plataforma elearning se recopilen muchos datos de la primera categor\u00eda \u201cDatos de car\u00e1cter personal\u201d ya que son el grupo de datos que permiten identificar a una persona f\u00edsica: nombre, correo electr\u00f3nico, tel\u00e9fono, DNI, informaci\u00f3n laboral, informaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, etc. Datos que habitualmente conforman lo que llamamos el \u201cperfil del usuario\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pero\u00a0\u00bfC\u00f3mo se tratan estos datos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del uso funcional de la plataforma?\u00a0Y especialmente\u00a0\u00bfC\u00f3mo se garantizan los derechos de los usuarios con sus datos?<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este es un aspecto muy importante porque es b\u00e1sicamente sobre el que se sustenta el RGPD y si no lo tenemos bien resuelto nos exponemos no tan solo a sanciones administrativas por no cumplir la legislaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n al enorme volumen de trabajo que pueden llegar a generar manualmente los procesos que garantizan estos derechos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/actuasolutions.com\/contactanos\">\u00bfNecesitas asesoramiento sobre el RGPD en tu plataforma elearning?<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Por Daniel Ribes, Senior PHP Developer, en Actua Solutions El RGPD es el reglamento europeo para regular la protecci\u00f3n, tratamiento y circulaci\u00f3n de datos personales que tiene que cumplir cualquier empresa de la Uni\u00f3n Europea o que tenga actividades comerciales en un pa\u00eds de la UE.
