Join us in shaping the future of agriculture with innovative solutions that benefit both people and the planet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Founder\u2019s Associate will work directly with the leadership team at Agrikola.AI, contributing to financial planning and control, investor reporting, strategic decision-making, project management, research, and operational execution. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, preparing reports and presentations, managing cross-functional projects, and facilitating communication across teams. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Barcelona, with flexibility for remote work.
