AI Leaders Bootcamp is a 3-month executive programme by Cambridge Spark for senior leaders who want to turn AI from a topic of discussion into something that delivers results.

It’s designed for C-level executives, heads of innovation, and digital or transformation leads who are already looking at AI but need a clearer way to move from ideas to execution.

The programme runs from June to September in Barcelona, starting on June 18th. It combines a one-day in-person session with a series of live virtual workshops and practical work on a real use case from your own organisation. The structure is simple: first, an immersive session to build a shared understanding of AI and its business impact; then a guided sprint to identify and shape a high-value use case; and finally, the development of a concrete AI Value Blueprint with a clear roadmap and business case.

Sessions are led by faculty and practitioners including Dr. Raoul-Gabriel Urma, Dr. Antonio Weiss, Professor Christos Genakos, Dr. Alexander Carter and Dr. Stella Pachidi, bringing a mix of strategy, economics, ethics and real-world implementation.

It’s around 25 hours in total, with a small group to keep it practical and focused. By the end, you leave with a clear, tailored plan to move an AI initiative forward inside your organisation.

Price is 2,500€ + VAT (early bird -10% + Tech Barcelona partner -10%), with limited seats available and a deadline to apply by May 15th.
