Crea Inversión strengthens its link with Tech Barcelona as Corporate Partner

  • As a member of the association since 2013, the financial advisory firm seeks to strengthen its participation in the development of Barcelona’s technological and entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Barcelona, 6 March 2023. -Crea Inversión, a financial advisory firm specialising in corporate transactions (M&A) and fundraising, has joined Tech Barcelona as a Corporate Partner. Involved since the birth of the association in 2013, this partnership reinforces its commitment to the development of the technological and entrepreneurial ecosystem in Barcelona.

Founded in 2011, Crea Inversión has been focused on providing support and advice to the city’s technology ecosystem and has specialised in corporate operations of high-growth companies, closing a total of 170 operations. The company has a team of more than 30 people distributed across its offices in Madrid, Pamplona and Barcelona, and is part of the international M&A network Geneva Capital Group.

“I have seen Tech Barcelona grow from its beginnings, a whole generation of pioneers in the promotion of entrepreneurship in the city: after many years building the foundations, we now live with great pride the innovative dynamism of the entrepreneurs of one and two generations later”, shares Marcel Prunera, partner at Crea Inversión. “It is worth continuing to work so that the talent that the city has and attracts continues to create wealth and innovation, astounding us with its capabilities,” adds Prunera.
