India–Spain Seminar: “AI and Engineering Driving Responsible Innovation”
Por Casa Asia & HCL Tech
As artificial intelligence becomes a decisive force in modern engineering, organizations are increasingly facing the challenge of balancing innovation, scalability, and responsibility. AI is not only transforming engineering processes—enhancing efficiency, quality, and speed—but is also shaping broader social, ethical, and regulatory landscapes. This event, organized by Casa Asia and HCL Tech, in collaboration with the Consulate of India in Barcelona, Acció, Tech Barcelona, La Caixa, and the Spain India Council Foundation, is part of the India–Spain Dual Year 2026, which celebrates bilateral collaboration in technology and innovation.
The event will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, and technology experts to explore how AI can drive excellence in engineering and beyond, while remaining reliable, transparent, and socially responsible.
The objectives of the event are:
- Highlight the importance of responsible AI in building trust and long-term value
- Explore the role of public policy, regulation, and cross-sector collaboration within the India–Spain technology partnership
- Share business perspectives on aligning innovation with social impact
- Analyze how AI is redefining engineering excellence across sectors
By integrating the goals of the India–Spain Dual Year, this event positions AI not only as a technological enabler, but as a strategic force guided by responsibility, collaboration, and purpose—ensuring that engineering excellence contributes positively to businesses, society, and international technological leadership.

AI is already in our projects.
The difference isn’t in using it, but in how you integrate it into your workflow.
In this session, we’ll explore how to structure projects where design, development, and AI collaborate effectively, avoiding friction, rework, and hard-to-maintain decisions.
Why is this relevant?
Because integrating AI without a solid foundation often creates more complexity than value.
What you’ll take away from this session:
-
What needs to be defined before integrating AI into a project
-
How to structure work so design, development, and AI collaborate without chaos
-
What breaks when the architecture isn’t ready
-
What new possibilities open up when the structure is solid
-
Common mistakes when implementing AI (and how to avoid them)
Why you shouldn’t miss it:
Most teams are already using AI…
but very few have adapted their workflows to do it well.
If you work in development, product, or design and are integrating AI into real projects, this session will give you a clear and actionable approach.
