Cambridge Spark España and Tech Barcelona are offering a working, hands-on introduction to agentic AI. This is not a lecture and not a demo. In a guided session, you will build a real AI application yourself, in plain English, with no code, and leave with a grounded sense of what the technology can do for your business and where it should not be trusted.
What You’ll Do
You’ll use Claude to create a multi-agent app that researches, assesses risk, and makes a recommendation. Along the way you’ll get hands-on with the core concepts of agentic AI: agents and how they plan and act over many steps; connectors that link Claude to your own tools via MCP; skills that let it reliably build documents and slides; the human-in-the-loop checkpoint that keeps you in control; and design systems for a polished finish. The goal isn’t the app. It’s to leave understanding what agentic AI can genuinely do in your business, and where it shouldn’t be trusted.
Your Facilitators
Dr. Raoul-Gabriel Urma is Founder and Group CEO of Cambridge Spark, the UK’s leading AI and data workforce development company. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, completed Harvard Business School’s OPM programme, and is completing an Executive Doctorate in Higher Education Management at the University of Pennsylvania. He has authored best-selling technology books with over 100,000 copies sold and serves as Chair of the YPO AI/ML subnetwork. He hosts the Data and AI Mastery podcast, one of the most listened-to in its specialism, and advises C-suite leaders and boards on AI strategy and transformation.
Albert Serra Toscano leads Cambridge Spark’s launch in Spain from Barcelona, building enterprise AI training programmes for leadership teams across financial services, hospitality, technology and professional services. He works closely with executives to turn AI experimentation into measurable business impact, and brings a background in operations and finance.

Finance teams are under increasing pressure to better control spend, anticipate liquidity, and provide strategic answers to the business. However, when data is scattered or arrives too late, the CFO ends up managing the past instead of anticipating the future.
In this workshop, we will explore how to connect and automate the entire spend process, from requests and approvals to corporate cards, employee expenses, invoices, and accounting. Through real-world scenarios, we will discover how to gain visibility before spend occurs, improve forecast accuracy, identify deviations in time, and free up capacity to focus on analysis and decision-making.
We will also explore how artificial intelligence, integrated workflows, and autonomous agents are transforming the role of the CFO, as well as how to connect these new capabilities with the tools and ERP systems that each company already uses.
