Global {M} is proud to host this in-person Talent Acquisition Event in Barcelona alongside Booking.com, Mixmax, Preply and BOLD.
- 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm: Time to welcome guests and a chance to network, and reconnect.
- 6:30 pm – 6:45 pm: The guests will be divided into 2 ’roundtable’ groups, each group will have 2 speaker’s – Annie Grases, Daniel Martos, Alex Cook, and Paul Else.
- 6:45 – 7:15 pm: Each group will discuss some Talent Acquisition topics for 30 minutes, where participants will introduce themselves, tell about their experience , and discuss several recruitment topics (5 minutes on each topic).
7:15 pm – 7:30 pm: The groups will swap to meet the other speaker’s, get another drink and or food.
- 7:30 pm – 7:45 pm: The speakers will have 2-5 min to introduce themselves, tell about their business and explain their biggest success, biggest failure, and biggest challenge they have faced in Talent Acquisition.
- 7:45 pm – 8:15 pm: Recruitment based round table event, discussing several recruitment topics (5 minutes on each topic).
8:15 pm: Drinks, food, and networking.
Daniel Martos – Recruitment Operations Lead at Preply. Daniel is a HR & Recruitment Specialist with international experience focused in growing teams for IT companies.
Annie Grases – Recruiter Corporate Function at Booking.com. Annie’s work experience is developed in various countries and different companies where she has built a thorough stakeholder management techniques.
Alex Cook – Global Head of Talent & People at Mixmax. Alex started his journey as an Agency Recruiter, and then becoming a Talent Acquisition Manager. He has a really interesting career path travelling to many places in the world and improving his recruitment skills.
Paul Else – Head of Talent Acquisition at BOLD. An experienced Talent Acquisition Manager and Director with 9 years experience in Automotive Engineering and New Technologies.
