Potenciar la imaginación estimula la creatividad y la capacidad de innovación. La imaginación es la herramienta disruptiva por excelencia del ser humano. Por este motivo, potenciar su desarrollo es esencial en cualquier modelo educativo.

“La imaginación”, escribe Peter Jenny, “no significa otra cosa que abrir los ojos y descubrir. Así de simple”. En un sistema en decadencia, nuevas voces, iniciativas y proyectos tratan de imaginar futuros deseables que pasan por hacer más justa, diversa y accesible la educación.

No sólo debemos saber adaptarnos a los cambios, también podemos ser proactivos e influir. Ser agentes de cambio. El pensamiento de futuros se acerca a las instituciones educativas y organismos internacionales como la UNESCO o la Unión Europea para enseñarnos a entender el presente y a navegar otros futuros posibles. En esta sesión profundizaremos en la imaginación como dimensión humana de la mano de Gonzalo Madrid.

Gonzalo Madrid es experto en innovación y transformación digital. Cofundador y Chief Strategy Officer de Wink desde hace una década, su carrera profesional ha transcurrido también en empresas como Havas Digital Media, donde fue responsable de Estrategia y de la unidad creativa; Wonderland, donde dirigió el departamento de Innovación, y Telson.

• Canvis en l’estructura organitzativa: Són els canvis necessaris a la jerarquia de l’empresa, la redefinició de responsabilitats, més empoderament i noves incorporacions

• Invertir en formació i creixement de l’equip: Una startup que vol créixer ha d’invertir temps i diners en capacitar l’equip. És important saber acompanyar-los en el seu creixement professional

Organisations are just starting to address inequality related to transgender inclusion. Best practices and policies include washroom retro-fitting, employee resource groups, mentorship programs, and targeted hiring.

But companies are mostly left to interpret what trans inclusion means for themselves.

– 40% of LGBTQ+ people and 55% of trans people have experienced conflict at work, compared with 29% of heterosexual, cisgender employees.
– 16% LGBTQ+ workers feel psychologically unsafe in the workplace, compared with 10% heterosexual workers. For trans workers, this figure is even higher at 18%.
