El 45% de les persones amb algun problema de salut mental no demanen l’ajuda que necessitarien. Fer-ho és el primer pas per sortir-se’n.

La salut mental encara arrossega estigmes i mites que cal trencar. El coneixement és la via més eficaç per aconseguir-ho.

La cura i l’abordatge dels trastorns mentals han d’incloure tant aspectes sanitaris com familiars, socials i comunitaris.

Gràcies a la recerca en salut mental podrem arribar a tenir un diagnòstic més precoç, perfeccionar els tractaments i prevenir molts trastorns. L’objectiu final és aconseguir millorar la qualitat de vida de les persones afectades.
