Building startups successfully requires getting a lot of elements right! ”Startup/Investor Open Coffee” event series is the space and opportunity to address the most important elements, structures, and keys to building a startup successfully.

Come, join our buzzing community of entrepreneurs, investors, mentors, and advisors! Each of our sessions follows a free structure, and every time we tailor the conversations based on the needs of the attendees.

Usually, every attendee introduces themselves, shares the challenges they face, speaks about their startup’s needs, and everyone exchanges experiences, contacts, and learnings, creating new solutions.

This is a community of like-minded entrepreneurs, who believe in helping each other succeed, and use this network as a mutual support and growth system.

About the organizer: SIA – Startup Investor Accelerator.
Startup Investor Accelerator is a program for both startups and investors. For startups, it is an investment competition, where early-stage scalable startups receive an investment of 100-200K.
For investors, SIA is a “Learning-by-doing” program, where participating new and experienced investors exercise and learn the ropes of Angel investing.

El Col·legi de Metges de Barcelona (CoMB), el Col·legi d’Economistes de Catalunya (CEC) i el Col·legi d’Enginyers Industrials de Catalunya (COEIC) sumen forces i experiència per organitzar, per primer cop de manera conjunta, un espai de trobada entre professionals emprenedors amb projectes d’innovació en l’àmbit de la salut i inversors interessats en el sector sanitari. Es tracta del Primer Fòrum d’Inversió en Salut Tricol·legial que es durà a terme el 13 de juny 2024.

L’objectiu d’aquest Fòrum és facilitar el coneixement i el contacte necessaris entre professionals i inversors interessats en el sector salut. Els tres col·legis consideren estratègic fomentar l’emprenedoria dins del sector biomèdic, donant suport a les start-ups -mitjançant l’accés al finançament en fases inicials a través de xarxes de persones inversores afins als tres col·legis professionals.

Es poden presentar al Primer Fòrum d’Inversió en Salut Tricol·legial tot tipus d’empreses amb projectes de biotecnologia, dispositius mèdics i salut digital.

Els projectes seleccionats seran convidats a participar al programa Ready4Investment, una formació exclusiva sobre la preparació a la inversió.

L’aplicació de projecte romandrà oberta fins al 31 de març 2024.

Alimentaria Open Innovation Challenges 2024 is a B2B international meetings event with 11 corporations looking for new technologies/solutions providers.

The meetings with the corporations can be held physically in the venue of Alimentaria Congress, online or both:

• Physical meetings will take place in the venue of Alimentaria Congress (GRAN VIA, Palau HALL 4-6 (Alimentaria Trends) , Nivell 0 , Carrer B , Stand 251) in Barcelona from March 19^th to March 20^th.
• Online meetings will be held on March 26^th and 27^th     

We will provide a pass to Alimentaria Congress to all participants joining our event with at least one meeting scheduled.

Desafía San Francisco is an immersion program for Spanish startups in growth stage that are looking to expand internationally, refine their strategy and get to know key players in the industry. It is organized by Mind the Bridge in collaboration with ICEX and Red.es.

The program lasts two weeks, during which the startups will have training sessions, workshops, networking events and visits to key companies and entities in the San Francisco tech ecosystem.Applications are open now and until the 5th of April in ICEX’s website. This is a hands-on learning session! Ask for help from our experienced coaches on any programming topic, or meet and discuss their projects, ideas, tools and best practices. Meet amazing women+, learn from each other, no matter what level you’re at, and have a lot of fun! Food and drinks are provided by our generous host.

  Who can participate

This meeting is for women+ (inclusive of trans and non-binary) from all backgrounds. You are a student or learning by yourself, a graduate looking for a job in tech, or a professional working in tech. We use English during the meetings but many participants and coaches speak Spanish and other languages.
