Un dels principals desafiaments en el sector de la ciberseguretat és la captació i retenció de talent tecnològic.

L’objectiu de la jornada “Attracting and Retaining Talent in the Cybersecurity Market”, organitzada per la DCA-Ciberseguretat, és doble.

– Per una banda, es debatrà sobre les principals problemàtiques en el reclutament, contractació i retenció de talent en empreses de ciberseguretat. 

– Per l’altra, s’analitzaran estratègies d’èxit implementades per a organitzacions amb diferents rols dins del procés de captació i retenció de talent, sobretot el talent més jove: Fundación Good Job, ISACA Chapter Barcelona, Agència de Ciberseguretat de Catalunya, Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya i Ackcent Cybersecurity.

La jornada se celebrarà l’1 de febrer de 12.00 h a 12.45 h a l’Espai Hacking Village del BCN Cybersecurity Congress.

L’activitat s’adreça a totes les organitzacions interessades en la creació, captació i retenció de talent, que podran conèixer de primera mà iniciatives que s’estan duent a terme en aquest àmbit i resoldre in situ dubtes sobre la temàtica.
