En aquesta sessió, coneixeràs els tres tipus de canvis principals:

• Canvis en l’estructura organitzativa: Són els canvis necessaris a la jerarquia de l’empresa, la redefinició de responsabilitats, més empoderament i noves incorporacions

• Invertir en formació i creixement de l’equip: Una startup que vol créixer ha d’invertir temps i diners en capacitar l’equip. És important saber acompanyar-los en el seu creixement professional

• Establir una correcta filosofia d’empresa (missió, visió i valors): Els canvis anteriors han d’anar acompanyats d’una estratègia molt ben dissenyada i un pla de comunicació que traslladi els beneficis dels canvis esmentats. Això afectarà la identitat de l’startup durant els anys següents

Tot això i més, ens ho explicarà en Timo Buetefisch, cofundador i CEO de Cooltra, una scaleup que va néixer l’any 2006, i que ha aixecat prop de 100M€ en finançament.

En agosto de 2021, la compañía fue adquirida por la farmacéutica Hipra con el objetivo de reforzar su división de salud humana. Mariona Serra, actual directora de GoodGut, explicará su trayectoria y experiencia profesional y los retos que afronta el sector biotecnológico.
