Los asistentes conocerán de primera mano el proceso de innovación en una corporación dentro de la industria Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), y en particular, dentro de Nestlé, compañía número 1 en el mundo de FMCG. Los participantes descubrirán las innovaciones y reinvenciones que ha sufrido una categoría tan cotidiana como el café desde su importancia en la Revolución Industrial hasta la creación del sistema de cápsulas de café o los más recientes movimientos en grandes marcas de café en el mundo como Starbucks.

¿Por qué son importantes las patentes? Vigilancia tecnológica y FTO

En el contexto actual, de entornos de innovación cada vez más complejos, donde una única empresa ya no puede desarrollar o controlar toda la cadena de valor de su actividad, es imprescindible ser consciente de quién es relevante en un determinado ámbito técnico y qué derechos de PI existen en relación con tecnologías competidoras o complementarias. Con la vigilancia tecnológica o los FTO podremos optimizar los esfuerzos en innovación y, a su vez, acotar los riesgos de infracción frente a terceros.
En la jornada contaremos con la experiencia del equipo de P.I. de SEAT y sabremos cómo afronta estos nuevos retos una empresa de referencia en el ámbito de la movilidad y la automoción.
