El pròxim 17 de febrer de 2026, l’Hospital Universitari de Bellvitge acollirà la jornada “El futur de l’atenció sanitària amb eines digitals centrades en el pacient: del desenvolupament a la clínica”, una trobada centrada en els darrers avenços en la transformació digital aplicada a l’àmbit de la salut.

Cristian Canton is the Associate Director of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS), where he helps lead one of Europe’s foremost research institutions in supercomputing, artificial intelligence, and quantum technologies. At BSC, he oversees strategic initiatives such as the deployment of MareNostrum 5 — one of the world’s most powerful supercomputers — and the transformation of the center into an AI-driven hub supporting European scientific, industrial, and societal missions.

Jorge Palomar
Jorge Palomar is the founder of Galtea AI (a BSC spin-off), a platform that helps large organizations evaluate and improve their AI systems.
