El Proptech es un nuevo vertical de la industria digital surgido de la irrupción de la tecnología en el sector inmobiliario. Más allá de la percepción más tradicional, el sector inmobiliario ha sufrido una modernización evidente en los últimos años. Sin embargo, con mucho camino por delante y con la irrupción de tecnologías como el big data, la inteligencia artificial, el machine learning o el IoT, organizamos una sesión en la que contaremos con ponentes de la parte más tradicional del sector y otros que nacen del mundo tecnológico.

The fund of capital Ports 4.0 is the model of corporate open innovation adopted by Ports of the State and the Spanish port authorities to attract, back and facilitate the app of the talent and entrepreneurship at the logistic sector-port public Spaniard and deprived at the context of the 4th industrial revolution.

The principal aim of the fund is to promote and incorporate actively the innovation disruptiva or incremental as a element of competitiveness, of efficiency, sustainability, security and protection at the logistic sector-port Spaniard, so much public and deprived to facilitate his transition to the economics 4.0.

Who goes directed at?

The Fund Tradetech Ports 4.0, is directed at all those entrepreneurs and national and international companies with ideas or capable innovative projects to improve the efficiency, competitiveness and sustainability of the logistic sector-port and, in general, of the trade, and with capacity of development and growth at the market through business projects. The Fund is directed to finance any phase of the process of innovation (ideation, validation, acceleration, prototipat and growth). It is not only associated at new techs clearly disruptives, but also at the development of new processes more efficient and models of bargain based at the vertical of the economics 4.0 (Big Date, YACHT, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality and Augmented, Machine Learning, additive print, Robotic, Automation, Analytics, etc.).

Which requisites have to conform?

The ideas or susceptible projects of being chosen have to have the purpose to achieve a product, squad, kick or innovative process and conform with the following requisites:

• Develop a new product, kick or process, or improve an already existent tech with innovative component and develop his app at the logistic sector-port
• Promote the achievement of solutions that are measurable at one or varied of the following areas of logistic activity-port:

o   Logistic Efficiency at the field infraestructural, operational or of provision of kicks

o   Ambient Sustainability and energy

o   Security and protection

o   Digitalisation of processes

• Products that contribute at the economics 4.0 and that they possess an innovative component, tangible, provable and clearly delimited
• Can be posed at disposal and being tested
• Other processes or innovative products with impact at the Port or logistic sector

Typology of projects

They will subsidie 3 principal types of projects, according to the state of maturity and development:

• Idea: it finds at a phase incipient of technological development. The result has to be a proof of applicable concept at one or more agents of the logistic community-port. The result expected will be the positive realisation of a proof of concept.
• Projects at phase pre-trading: having testatpositively the proof of concept, the product, kick or process, can realise his validation at a logistic environment-port
• Projects at trading phase: the product, kick or process resulting has to find at conditions of being commercialised, even at international level.

Deadline

The limit for the presentation of the ideas is the day 28/09 and the 28/10 for the presentation of the projects.
