Zone2boost nace para acompañar a las mejores startups en servicios de retail y fintech

La misión de la nueva aceleradora es identificar iniciativas empresariales innovadorasque se encuentren dirigidas a los ámbitos de la tecnología para comercios y servicios financieros en general, acompañarlos e impulsar su crecimiento. Esta iniciativa se pondrá en marcha en el último trimestre del 2019, y supondrá una inversión inicial de 5 millones de euros a lo largo de los próximos 3 años.

El feedback es una de las principales herramientas de desarrollo para un team leader. Pero también es una herramienta fundamental de mejora continua en los equipos de alto rendimiento, si lo usan adecuadamente todos sus miembros. La clave es saber cuándo y cómo darlo.
