
El Fòrum d’Inversió E-Health és un espai únic i específic per a la inversió en salut digital. Enguany, l’esdeveniment co-organitzat pel Col·legi de Metges de Barcelona (CoMB), ESADE BAN, Biocat, Barcelona Activa, EIT Health i Barcelona Health Hub (BHH) celebrarà la 4ta edició, la qual posarà el focus en eines de suport a la decisió clínica.
Els sistemes de suport a la decisió clínica són sistemes informàtics que estan dissenyats per col·laborar en temps real en la presa de decisions del metge sobre pacients individuals. La recent aparició de les dades clíniques a gran escala, noves tecnologies per el seu processament i l’evolució en la computació, estan sent determinants en el desenvolupament d’aquestes eines.
Així doncs, en la primera part de la jornada tindrem una taula rodona on es discutirà la importància d’aquestes eines per la millora de la pràctica clínica i com s’estan integrant en el flux dels hospitals.
Tot seguit, exposaran les startups seleccionades, les quals s’hauran seleccionat en dues categories: pre-seed/seed (fins a 1 milió d’euros aixecats fins el moment) i growth (més d’1 milió d’euros aixecats fins el moment).
Podran presentar la seva proposta aquelles startups que desenvolupin solucions digitals basades en software, algoritmes i plataformes enfocades a ajudar els clínics a prendre decisions en el diagnòstic, tractament, pronòstic i prevenció de condicions mèdiques i malalties.
El fòrum se celebrarà el 17 de maig de 2023 a les 16.30h, a les instal·lacions de la Llotja de Mar, en el marc del Health Revolution Congress (HRC) organitzat pel BHH. My name is Philippe, I’m 33 years old, I’m from Bordeaux, but I have lived in Barcelona for more than 7 years. I have been working in eCommerce for 10+ years. I’m passionate about architecture as I started my career as architect in a french marketplace, driving ambitious projects like introducing a new catalogue architecture using kafka, MongoDB, Cassandra when those technologies were still in beta in 2013 ! Then I discovered the world of performance and observability and it has been such a cool venture to lead the architecture and performance department in Privalia back in 2016. Then I joined ManoMano in 2018, where I saw the company grow from 80 people in the Tech team to more than 400. I had the chance to collaborate with the Bordeaux and Barcelona office opening.
- Severn Everett, Backend expert @ Apiumhub
Severn Everett, currently employed as a backend developer at Apiumhub, has spent more than a decade in the software engineering industry and has worked in software development companies in the United States, India, Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain. His tech stack repertoire has also varied considerably with the years, with experience in projects that used Java, Kotlin, C++, Python, Ruby, and Go. However, the JVM and Spring Boot ecosystems remain the domains in which he retains the most knowledge and interest.
