The partnership comes at a time in which the city has seen an improvement in its real estate indicators in 2024. Thus, a notable increase has been detected in office contracting, reaching 240,000 square meters in the January-September 2024 period, representing a 38% growth compared to the same period in 2023. The technology industry plays a major role and the retail market is very active, with many digital native brands looking to open a physical space in the city’s main shopping streets.
